REFUND POLICY

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14-day damaged exchange policy:

  • We offer 100% replacement if the product is damaged during shipping.
  • Timing: We have a 14-day exchange policy from the date of receipt of the item.
  • Damaged pictures and product issues with purchase order number in order to be eligible for an exchange .
  • For an exchange , please email us at contact@idealwatch.co.uk with the subject " Exchange " with your order number, name and reason for the exchange .
  • Our staff will provide customers with instructions on where to send the exchange . Customers are strongly advised to obtain proof of postage when exchanging goods to avoid a "lost package" situation. Items lost in transit will not be compensated.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
  • Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email informing the status of the exchange .
  • If the exchange is approved, the exchange will be processed and a brand new product will be arranged for you shortly thereafter.
