12 Month Warranty Policy

The products sold by Ideal Watch are of excellent quality. In order to protect the rights and interests of all customers of Ideal Watch, if it is a quality problem of the product itself, all products provide 12 months of original factory maintenance. Please contact us directly at contact@peakaudio.co to initiate the maintenance process.

According to the warranty period of the product, it is calculated from the date of the sales and purchase documents. If the product has any functional failure that is not artificially damaged, the customer can contact us by email.

Maintenance range

This product must be represented by Ideal Watch
The warranty period for this product begins on the date of purchase. Customers must keep the purchase receipt and product model for their own records.
The original maintenance service includes parts failure under normal use during the maintenance period. If the required parts cannot be repaired or replaced due to out of stock or other reasons, the company has the right to replace them with products of the same level and similar.
The company does not guarantee that this product can be compatible with software or hardware or products launched in the market in the future.
Exemption from Maintenance Liability

This product will not be warranted based on the following conditions:

Damaged if not used in accordance with the instructions in the manual.
For any reason (including accident), damage caused by man-made damage, fall, improper installation or operation.
Problems and failures caused by self-disassembly or repair or replacement not approved by the company.
Parts failure caused by improper voltage input.
Hardware wears out normally.
Transfer of ownership of the product from a non-original purchaser.
Damage caused by force majeure, such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, typhoon and other natural disasters.
Those who are not satisfied with the quality problems of the non-product itself, such as: dissatisfaction with the color, appearance and shape of the product, etc.
At the same time, the company is not responsible for other indirect losses, expenses and other incidental damages caused by the quality problems of this product, including but not limited to loss of information, loss of expected benefits, etc.
Damage caused by the product being stored in a hot or humid location, or immersed in water.
The customer has failed to provide a valid purchase invoice/receipt for the product.
Gifts or accessories that accompany this product.
In case of any disputes, the company reserves the right of final decision.
Maintenance Instructions

The user needs to present the purchase invoice number and product model when enjoying the maintenance service , and must provide the contact name, phone number, product model, product purchase date and other information.
Users need to contact the factory directly to start the maintenance process , and repairs are provided directly by the factory . The company is not responsible for contacting and maintaining on behalf of users and bears the transportation costs for this product.
After the product has been tested by the original factory , if there is no fault or can operate normally and pass the original factory settings, it is determined that the repair is complete.
The company will not be responsible or compensate for any damage or loss during the test.
The user can check the maintenance progress by email . Please receive the repaired product within 30 days after the repair is completed . Otherwise, the user will be regarded as giving up the ownership of the product, and the company will handle it by itself and will not return the product.
